Hi, I'm David
I'm a researcher and consultant with expertise in mathematical modelling of human decision making, as well as the computational implementation of these models. I have experience using many different modelling techniques in academia, the private and public sectors.
I hold a Bachelor, M.Sc. and Ph.d. on Engineering Sciences. I have produced multiple peer-reviewed publications, having been cited over 350 times. I have successfully completed multiple private and public sector projects on demand estimation, and I am one of the two developers of Apollo, an increasingly popular statistical software package for the R programming environment.
I am currently a Lecturer with the Centre for Decision Research, at the University of Leeds, UK.
From research on how we use our time, to software development and modelling demand for wine.
I have developed multiple software packages in the R programming environment.
A summary of my education, work experience and more.
